Each Soft Capsule contains:


Gamma Linolenic Acid 100 mg From Evening Primrose Oil 1000 mg 
Natural Vitamin E 7.5 IU GLA 100 helps to relive the symptoms of premenstrual Syndrome. 

However, if symptoms persist, seek medical advice. Vitamins should not replace a balanced diet.  

Dosage: 
1 to 2 capsules a day or as recommended by healthcare provider. Recommended dosage & administration: The normal concentration of gammalinolenic acid required in the human system is 100mg/day. 

Prophylaxis: 1 Alaris GLA 100 softgel daily after meals or as prescribed. 

 Therapetic usage: 
1-2 Alaris GLA 100 softgels twice daily or as prescribed.

Premenstrual Syndrome & Arthritis: 1-2 Alaris GLA 100 softgels daily in single / divided doses after meals for 6months; reduce the dose thereafter to 1 Alaris GLA 100 softgel daily after meals. Diabetic Microvasculopathy, including 

Neuropathy: 
2 Alaris GLA 100 softgels twice daily after meals for 6 months, or as prescribed; reduce dose after an adequate response has been obtained. Mastalgia & Atopic dermatitis: 2 Alaris GLA 100 Softgels twice daily after meals. 

Alcohol Hangover: 3 Alaris GLA 100 softgels with a light meal before drinking. Skin, Hair & Nails: 1 Alaris GLA 100 Softgel daily after meals or as prescribed. Children: Half the adult dosage.
